We built two custom homes on this lot, each designed to meet specific needs. The first home is a 2,400 sqft, three-bedroom, two-bathroom single-story residence with an unfinished basement. It features a spacious covered porch in the back and a large master suite for added comfort. The second home spans 4,000 sqft and includes a three-bedroom, two-bathroom open floor plan on the first floor, highlighted by a generous front courtyard. The basement level was designed as a mother-in-law suite, offering two additional bedrooms, two full baths, and an open living area. Originally designed by an overseas architect, this home was thoughtfully adapted to meet American building standards while preserving its unique design elements.
